Summary:



Virtually, the happiest of the group, Voltz was unlike his kind. He talked too much and had far too much emotion than his species, which led to them becoming angry or annoyed with him. His past is very similar to Thirteen's, which is why the two are the best of friends.

Very intellectual in his speech, he usually talks like he talks because it's more interesting and fun. Although his happier than average personality tends to earn him looks of oddity, he actually finds friends faster that way.

But even on the battlefield, his joyous nature doesn't leave him. He charges into the enemy, full on and thunderous. Clashing and using light and chemical reactions to his advantage. All while enjoying the moment that he thinks is playtime with his opponent. This strange Pokemon may not be as normal as everyone wants him to be, but that's just what makes him fit in with his comrades.
